Our program will ensure access to health
care for the target population through
improved physical, social, and mental
health status, prevention of disease and
disability; detection and treatment of
health conditions; quality of life;
preventable death, and extended life
expectancy
The target population will be young men and women between 12-
25 years that are among approximately 1,000 identified gang
members in this region. Our target population also includes male and female youth suspected of being gang/sex trafficked or at risk of being gang/sex trafficked.

MCCP Foundation Project Pearly Whites –
Lorton
We will increase the delivery of dental
services as well as increase pediatric oral
health literacy by increasing the number
of dentists in our network who will
provide a dental home to children, as well
as the number who will provide care pro
bono.
The target population is children residing in Lorton, VA aged birth
to 18; with a family income under 250% FPL; without access to
either private or public health insurance (not eligible for FAMIS or
FAMIS Plus).
