SNVMC’s New Family Health Mobile Van Clinic

On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center (SNVMC) held a ribbon cutting ceremony to present the new Family Health Connection Mobile Clinic the community. The new van was purchased with funds generously donated by the SNVMC Auxiliary. Potomac Health Foundation provides an annual generating operating support grant to the Clinic through its Health Safety Net support. The Potomac Health Foundation is proud to support the mobile clinic; it is an important part of the community’s health safety net for low income, uninsured patients.
